Motel 6 Leominster, MA

The number of stars reflects how this motel compares to other motels in the same class. This place was fantastic. I'd booked it for a cheap overnight stay while visiting a friend in Fitchburg. I didn't have very high expectations and I am happy to say that this place exceeded every one of the expectations I had. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything from the flooring, to the walls, to the appliances was in good shape. It is very well-maintained for what is obviously an old property. There is no elevator to the second floor rooms, so be sure to ask for first floor if you can't manage stairs. The front desk staff both at check in and check out were kind, welcoming, and in good moods. There was some friendly coworker banter between a couple of them while I was waiting for my spouse for a few minutes in the lobby after getting my key. The beds were perfectly comfortable. The toilet was in great condition and definitely on the new side, as were the other bathroom fixtures. The only older looking thing was the tub, that looked like it had some very old cigarette burns on the surface but even with that, it was still perfectly clean all around and in the tub. The heater fan was a little loud but not loud enough to keep us awake and it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. For the location I would have expected more of the road noise of the city but it was quiet where we were located. This was an outstanding experience and we will definitely be booking to stay here again the next time we spend the night in the area.

Great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean. There was also vinyl flooring instead a carpet which is a plus in my opinion. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Wonderful people to work with. Morning coffee is always hot. Rooms are always very clean. If you need something just ask. They will get it for you.

I truly love this place . not the most fancy but very clean great service and love the neighborhood everything close by. I've been coming here for over ten years and it's never a fail. respectful staff and even morning coffee , I definitely will be returning.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times were good experiences. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I liked the vinyl floors because you could tell they were clean unlike carpeting. Also they didn’t have a comforter type cover on the bed. They had sheets and a blanket. Hotel / motel comforters aren’t cleaned all the time and you could tell the bedding was very clean and fresh. There are several restaurants within an easy walk for breakfast and dinner. This place is also great if you have pets as it’s hard to find places that can accommodate a large dog. Highly recommend.

For a Motel 6, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the heat in the room was sufficient. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. If you’re only using the room for a place to lay your head, don’t waste your money on high priced rooms.

This is a decent place to stay in the area if all you need is a room. Nothing fancy and the location behind the mall has a bit of a suburban decay vibe, but it is quite accessible and overall it was fine. Pros: The room I had seemed like it had been mostly renovated fairly recently. The bed was firm but not hard, and I really appreciated the firm pillows. The sheets and towels all seemed clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (and it drained properly!). Furnishings were spare but fairly new, and rather than an ancient and disgusting carpet on the floor it was newish vinyl flooring. Cons: The sound-proofing wasn't great, like every other Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. I could easily hear what was going on outside, as well as footsteps and moving furniture above me. That said, even though the motel seemed pretty fully booked there wasn't enough noise to keep me awake. The other issue was the partial nature of the renovation. The tub was pretty beat up, and there was apparent water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door.
